What hours is the showroom open?

The Best Rentals showroom is open Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We are also open Saturdays from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. The showroom is closed on Sundays. During showroom hours, our staff can be reached by calling 317-638-3515.

Do I need to make an appointment to visit the showroom?

Appointments are not necessary during normal business hours.

Is delivery available?

Yes, delivery is available for an additional fee based on zip code. If you require delivery within a specific timeframe or outside of office hours, an additional "premium time" charge would apply. Please call our office for charges.

Where will you leave equipment when you deliver?

We will deliver and pickup all of the equipment from a mutually convenient location on the dock or ground level floor. If equipment needs to be taken to or picked up from a specific location or different floor, additional labor charges will be assessed. Please let us know prior to delivery where you would like the items to be placed.

Are set-up and teardown of equipment included with delivery?

Set-up and teardown of tents and dance floors is already included in the pricing. Set-up and teardown of other items is available for an additional fee. Please give us prior notice if you would like our drivers to set-up or teardown equipment.

Am I able to purchase equipment?

We do not sell equipment out of our inventory. However, we would be willing to special order equipment for your purchase. Please call for additional information.

When should I place my order?

You are encouraged to give as much notice as possible in order to insure product availability. However, we will always do our best to accommodate last minute orders as well.

After I place my order, can I make changes?

Yes, adjustments can be made up until 48 hours prior to delivery. At that time, we ask for the final changes and final payment.

How much is the deposit required to place an order?

In order to reserve tents, they must be paid for in full with a credit card. All other equipment requires a 25% deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.

When is the final payment due?

For deliveries, final payment is due no later than 48 hours prior to deliver. If you are picking up at the store, you must pay for your items at that time.

Do items need to be clean when returned?

Yes, all china, glassware, flatware, etc/ should be rinsed free of food and repackaged in the same containers in which they were received. We will wash and sanitize items once they are returned. Linens should be refuse-free and dry to prevent staining and mildew. We ask that you please return the containers the items were provided with at delivery. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.

What is the damage waiver?

The damage waiver is a non-refundable 8% charge on every order. It relieves the renter of liability for accidental damage to rental equipment. All items damaged or broken MUST be returned to Best Rentals to be covered. The damage waiver does not cover lost or missing items.

What happens if there are missing items when we return?

If there are items missing from your order, we will bill you for the replacement cost of those items unless they are returned within a reasonable time frame. The amount charges depends on the quantity and type of items missing.

Can I have a quote before placing a reservation?

Browse our web-site. After locating each piece of equipment you might need, add that item to your wish list. After completing your personalized wish list, email your wish list to us, or print off your wish list and visit our showroom. We will convert your wish list to a formal quote. If you would like, you can call our sales team within business hours. We can put a quote together for your order. Please understand that no equipment is reserved until a formal reservation has been made and a credit card deposit has been received.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Best Rentals accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Cash is NOT accepted.

What is the cancellation policy?

There are no cancellations or refunds once an order is placed. All required deposit payments are non-refundable. Any pre-payment made above the required deposit amount can be refunded if you make your changes or cancel your order no less than two business days prior to delivery.

Is there a minimum order?

No, there is not a minimum order.

Can I pick up at the store?

Yes, orders can be picked up from our warehouse. Warehouse hours are Monday - Friday 9:30AM - 4:30PM, Saturdays 8:15AM - 11:45AM, and closed Sundays.

What is the difference between a quote and a reservation?

A quote is just that, a good representation of what the charges would be if you placed that same order. No equipment is reserved until it is converted to a reservation by placing a deposit.

Will I be refunded if we did not use the equipment we rented?

No, we will not give refunds for un-used equipment. Charges are based on time out, not items used.

What is the charge for long term rentals?

Long term rental rates are available by calling an event specialist.
